Individual Therapy

Online, via tele-health, this is designated for individuals who might be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, mood disorders, life transitions, and/or identifying goals. Initial sessions will include a mental health assessment to identify needs, goals, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Couples Therapy

Online via tele-health, this is designated for couples who might have difficulties communicating, finding common ground, dealing with interpersonal issues, financial disputes, problems with sexual intimacy, pre-marital counseling, and/or looking to strengthen their relationship.

Family Therapy

Online via tele-health, this is designated for families who might be struggling with communication, rules, boundaries, or implementing skills taught and discussed in individual therapy.

Adolescent Therapy

Ages 11-17 yrs., Online via tele-health, this is designated for teens who might be struggling in school, with peers, relationships, their families, adhering to rules/boundaries, trauma, and/or need someone to “vent” to. Sessions include monthly contacts with therapist to discuss treatment progress and goals with parent or guardian of the teenager.
